Registration is not available by FAX.

Registration fees do not include books, materials or resources. 

Registrants participanting in virtual workshops are responsible for providing their own internet service, a working device with a camera and a microphone, and any additional equipment to fully participate in the workshop. 

These events are adult events, therefore children under the age of 18 are not allowed.

All participants must wear their name badge at all times.

If participating virtually, ensure that your screen name accurately reflects your full name.

All requests for cancellations or refunds must be in writing and received 10 days prior to the event. Cancellations will incur a processing fee of $5.00.

No refunds for registrants who do not attend.
